Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of the company is simple allowing great flexibility to managers and executives to take decisions at all levels. Many serious decisions are taken collectively with the participation of people coming from different hierarchical levels. Due to the rapid changing environment, company managers and executives are encouraged to take decisions quickly. This is achieved by establishing vertical and horizontal communication channels among the various working units. 

Currently the company employs approximately 160 people and has fish markets and customer service stations throughout the island.
